Our Bakery Team

Jane

Jane has worked with us for over 5 years and is our bakery supervisor, she has worked in the food industry for since she was 17. Jane head up our bakery taking care of anything from pies to scotch eggs. She also is usually the one who has created all our breaded chicken products. Her favourite product is Our Award Winning Caramelised Onion Scotch Eggs. When we asked Jane what she loves about Nicholson’s? She said “Working for a family business! And her favourite memory was Winning the Smithfield Diamond award for the Steak and Stilton Pie”

Alison

Alison has recently joined us, she is usually the one who creates our quiches and pies as well as all our homemade tasty side dishes– Ali loves working as a team and her favourite product is the homemade steak pies!

Scott

Scott Joined the bakery team in 2021, previously working in the building trade he made a career change as he was really interested in food. Scott takes care of most of our pie manufacture along with producing our homemade side dishes. Scott loves our homemade Steak Pies and often seen tucking into one in his breaks. When not at work Scott enjoys time with his family – camping and enjoying the outdoors.

Christine

Christine has worked with us for over 10 years but has been a baker for over 17. Christine works in the bakery and is usually found making pastry or sausage rolls! Her favourite product is Our Homemade Ham and Egg Pie . when we asked her *What do you love about Nicholson’s? she said “The family atmosphere!”.
